So You Want To Raft |

Rafting is fun, exciting, challenging and mostly a wet experience. Although it involves sitting, rafting is not your regular theme-park thrill-ride as it requires you to be active both in your body and mind. There are several techniques you need to know before going on a rafting experience. There’s highsiding which basically means that in some dangerous cases you have to move to the high side of the raft so it will not turn over. There’s also keeping the boat in a straight line which requires team work and focus. Rafting divides into difficulty levels – class I through VI where I is a backyard stream created by a hose and VI is practically impossible. But don’t worry, rafting isn’t that dangerous. There are more accidents in bowling than in rafting and most rafting accidents occur when getting on and off the boat. Just pick a nice day, put on some comfy clothes, bring lots of water and think about class 5 rapids in the Royal George, located just outside of Canyon City, Colorado. This is only a part of an action-packed Colorado Adventure Includes Skiing, Climbing, Rafting and Hiking, all with the adventure driven guides of Limitless Adventures. The Ultimate Colorado Adventure |

How would you like to experience Colorado and everything this beautiful state has to offer all in one trip? On this action packed adventure we will take you Skiing, Climbing, Rafting, hiking, and so much more! We will start the adventure in the front range with a little sport climbing in Clear Creek Canyon. Clear Creek Canyon is a beautiful climbing area with 100’s of routes ranging from 5.4, for the beginner, and up to 5.13 for expert climbers. After a hard day of climbing we will move on to skiing either A-Basin Ski Resort or a little back country at Saint Marys glacier depending on snow conditions. A little mountaineering will be next on the agenda for this trip, and depending on the shape of everyone involved we can climb up to 3 of Colorado’s 53, 14,000ft peaks. The next day of excitement we move on down south for some rafting on class 5 rapids in the Royal George, located just outside of Canyon City, CO. We will then head back to Denver for a good nights rest because a day on the boat is next. Spend the day relaxing or strap on some skis or a wakeboard on Grand Lake, located just minutes from the house in Winter Park. From there we will spend one or two days mountain biking at Winter Park Resort. This trip, like all Limitless Adventures trips, will be completely customizable by the client; or with a little information we can set up a trip itinerary with detailed information about everyday of your adventure. Since most of our trips are high volume, high intensity activities that last all day, we need to have days to recuperate. Limitless Adventures offers many day off options including skydiving, biking, camping, spa, shopping and much more, that are less time consuming activities and sometimes less intense. This is a quick overview of one of our many trips. For more information on this or any custom adventure please leave a comment or call the #800 on the website. These trips will book fast so act now.
